Production capacity

The cashew processing plant that HEBA collaborates with boasts a total area of 421 hectares dedicated to cashew cultivation, a processing workshop spanning 7,000 square meters, and a cashew drying and processing area covering 3 hectares (of which 1.2 hectares are not yet in use). The current processing capacity stands at 60 tons per day for cashew primary processing (husking dried cashews) and 14 tons per day for secondary processing (peeling cashew silk skin). The facility complies with ISO 9001:2015 standards, and quality tests conducted by QUATEST 3 have confirmed the absence of pesticides, heavy metals, preservatives, and other harmful substances in the cashew products.
